Service Description. This Site describes Painting Service, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Stucco Painting, Fence Painting, Siding Painting, Wood Staining, Paint Touch-ups provided by Tam Painting. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Tam Painting or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
